Lost Shoes

Elisabeth is one of my best friends. She is very beautiful and active girl. She is a many-sided person. Her hobby is collecting anything. In particular, she collects shoes. There is the whole wall in her huge wardrobe that is full of them. She has a big collection. There are shoes of different types and colors in her collection: high heel shoes, boots, high boots, sling back flats, sandals and others. Most of her shoes are from different famous brands. Also she is a party girl. She prefers a night club to theater and cocktails to green tea.

Once upon a time Elisabeth was invited by her friend Sarah to the birthday party of her little daughter. She was four years old. Earlier Elisabeth has never attended events with family couples and milkshake instead of cocktail, but she couldn't refuse to Sarah. When Elisabeth came to an apartment Sarah asked her to take off her shoes, because it was home party where were children. First Elisabeth hesitated; she didn't want to take off her fashionable and expensive high heel shoes from Prada. She was afraid that some of guests could steal them. But Sarah was very persistent and she had no choice. She took off her Prada and looked very attractive in a dress and fluffy slippers. There were a lot of people. Elisabeth met new and interesting people. And to her surprise she had a great time. When the guests have all left she decided to help Sarah with cleaning. When they finished, Elisabeth was going to leave. But she couldn't find her shoes. Unfortunately she was right. Some girl wore her Prada and went home, leaving her flats to Elisabeth. Sarah was very sorry, but she couldn't help to Elisabeth, because she didn't know who exactly was belonged this shoes. Elisabeth was absolutely furious. But mostly she was angry not at that impudent girl who stole her Prada, but at Sarah, because it was her fault, she asked her to take off her shoes and Elisabeth have lost her favorite Prada forever. Elisabeth had no choice and she returned home in back flats. She was very disappointed, it coasted the whole her salary and she lost them in a twinkle of an eye.

Two days later Sarah came to Elisabeth to apologize and brought a gift that make reparation for a wrong. When Elisabeth opened a box she was surprised. There was new pair of Prada. After this case Elisabeth doesn't take off her shoes when she goes to see someone.
